If you are looking for gentle, relaxing, full (or mostly full) body massage using light to medium pressure, in a calm, soothing environment, this is the massage for you. The goal for this session is to calm your nerves and allow you to let go of stress and muscle tension. You will leave feeling lighter and less stressed to face the rest of your day.
Integrated Therapeutic Massage
During an integrated session, you will typically have a few areas that need some focused attention with more relaxation techniques used for other areas as time allows. This is great if you want to relax, but you woke up with a stiff neck or are sore from walking over the weekend, etc.
Medically Based Clinical Massage
Our clinical massage prioritizes and focuses on areas identified by you to be worked on specifically, typically over the course of multiple sessions. If you are recovering from surgery or injury or if you have specific, long term and/or chronic pain, this one is for you. While relaxing is still important to get the most out of your session, the top priority with clinical massage is to address problem areas, reduce pain and increase range and ease of motion.
Often, our response to stress manifests in physical pain and discomfort. This 2 hour session combines 90 minutes of massage with a 30 minute, powerful conversation to help you create healthier habits around managing your daily stress and pain. The goal is to help you maximize the effects of your massage between sessions.
